Description of intervention

The project area is located in the province of Varese and precisely in the municipality of Viggiù about 30 km from Lugano. The intervention consists in the construction of two blocks of duplex-type villas, of 4 and 6 units respectively, all with adjoining external courtyard. The buildings, located in an excellent position and surrounded by tall trees, will be built in modern language and with the use of the latest generation of high performance materials. The area will be accessible through the condominium gate, to a common driveway and pedestrian path that will lead directly to the private gardens of the house, as well as to the private parking area that provides for the construction of a garage. The external finish will be plaster with steel pillars and bleached wooden roof. The apartments will have large balconies or terraces, with partitions made by using drywall. According to what is established by current legislation, all real estate units will be equipped with a photovoltaic system as well as being built with the most sophisticated and modern construction systems that will guarantee an energy class of type "A".
